I offer free coaching/support to people as they travel the path to optimal health. We will go through two phases of which the first phase is rapid safe weight loss using meal replacements and than transition to daily healthy eating once the goal weight is achieved. Phase two is learning the BeSlim strategy to successfuly maintain the weight loss while continuing to live an active healthy lifestyle.
