My goal is to give the highest quality service possible to my clients. For Sellers I want to help them sell at the highest fair price possible, in the shortest period of time. For Buyers, I want to show them quality, affordable properties that suit their needs, wants, and budgets. I'm generally a pretty laid back person, but when it comes to negotiating for my clients, I am a bulldog. I work hard to get them the results they want, without intimidation. The ultimate goal is Win-Win on both sides of the deal. I have a lot of fun with relocation clients. Helping people, new to Portland keeps me on my game in familiarity of neighborhoods, schools, parks, and entertainment. It's like being an Ambassador of Portland. I also love working with first time home buyers. I help keep things calm in a very exciting time. By making sure all the T's are crossed and I's are dotted, I make what seems like a complicated and sometimes overwhelming process, simpler and smoother.
