We are instituting some changes to the registration process and enforcing a long standing practice. Over the last six months we have consistently been needing to add no less than 10 lunches the day of the meeting. Here are the changes:

1. The cutoff for registering for the luncheon and receiving a meal is Monday at noon. All registrations received after this time will pay guest price of $30.00, and when those meals are no longer available, you will receive coffee only.
2. When you have checked in the day of the luncheon and have paid, you will receive a ticket. This is your "meal ticket."
3. There will only be two meal options, vegetarian and regular.
